To Ventura Court (Judge J. Cloninger) and District Attorney

 

Hi, I have decided to sum up the whole case. I have already put on line with videos and pictures some of the biggest inconsistencies that prove beyond any reasonable doubt that something criminal is taking place, such as: Detectives of a DA Office in the United States who contradict not only one another but also the law.
DA Officers stating that things must follow the principle guidelines of the law and then they do whatever they like, violating the law itself. (listen declaration from DA to http://www.carloparlanti.com)
Not to mention the judges: from the first sentence to the last they have nothing to envy to them. And what about lawyers?, starting with Mr. Ron Bamieh who sooner or later will report of his work facing an honest court.


the woman goes to Police and files a complaint for an alleged rape on July 6th, 2002, telling about a violence that should have left some traces, the very next day she retreats and the rape takes place, according to her, on June 29th 2002, a week before!. One wonders, why?. Your answer might be: she was confused!. Or, did she want to obtain a week because she showed no signs of violence? But DA of Ventura doesn’t investigate it, while he had to take into account:

Hence the DA Office doesn’t wonder why a woman during a massacre forwards a phone call and, above all, what was she telling to the person on the other side?.
DA Office doesn’t even wonder why after so many blows against the wall and a bulletin board (blows that during the trial aroused up to 60), a punch in the middle of her eyes, ten slaps in the face, the woman presents only a faded bruise on her left forearm, as Policemen testified during the December 15th’s hearing.
The bruise of a bite remains but all other injuries far more serious disappear in 20 days!.
DA Office doesn’t even investigate on the fact that the woman, in those days, had met several people among them, lawyers and rental apartment but, above all, DA Office doesn’t analyze the fact that changing the date is due to the possibility of finding many phone calls from the house phone and mobile in the days 6/7/8 of July. It would have been difficult to support that, in those days, the woman suffered a violence and, at the same time, she talked to the phone.

And since long e-mails might bother you, I give you a couple of days to solve this question. Tell me if it was distraction, incompetence or even worse corruption. Did they need a point to get someone stuck?...here comes the foreigner!...without thinking about all the harm they did. I thought the time of “Sacco and Vanzetti” was over or “to kill a mockingbird”
