At lest Germany has an honest police.

Between "Sacco e Vanzetti" and "To kill a Mockingbird" the "Parlanti’s case’.

This is what an honest police use to do, it makes you sign a statement that sais "I am obliged to be truthful and should not express false suspicions". You can find evidence of this here.

This is what the DA’s office of Milan was supposed to do when I filed, more than a year ago, a report of fraud and evidence forgery (evidences that have anyway led to Mr. Parlanti's extradition/kidnapping).

This is what the DA’s Office of Ventura, CA was supposed to do when I provided them with several documentations about false evidences and statements in a trial.

But the police of Milan doesn't provide any news about the report and the police of Ventura doesn't reply with a clear statement about the evidences' genuineness. They justify a crime by saying that a jury believed them.

At this point I should be prosecuted, as Germany would do because the Law is clear: if those I have sued din't commit any crime, then I will be punished. 

I have made some heavy accusations, I have accused the DA Office of Ventura of corruption, doctors and witnesses (White, Lavagnino) of fraud against the State, but nothing moves. There's just silence.

Why?

Who's so scared by the case of Carlo Parlanti to keep everything quiet and silent, providing only unacceptable explanations?

Now, will Germany be sold like our beloved Italy has been sold? Each and every Italian citizen should be offended, because if I'm lying then I should be prosecuted by those I'm accusing... and I'm not just accusing my deskmate....
