Memorandum

On July 23, 2009, about 12:20 pm, the MTT appeared together with the AUS at the police post in Cologne to report an offence to the police.  

As the MTT does not speak German, Mr. Cambiano translated into Italian.

I have been instructed by the police that, as a witness, I am obliged to be truthful and must not provide false testimony.  I was also informed of my right to not self-incriminate myself.  

To this end, I have prepared a complaint of an offence.  The offence includes, but is not limited to, the arrest of my fiancé, Carlo Parlanti, on July 5, 2009, at the airport in Düsseldorf.  

The arrest took place on the grounds of an arrest warrant, issued with the legal cooperation of the local authorities, and at the insistence of the U.S. authorities.  

As a consequence, and solely based on false evedence and an over zealous legal system, my fiancé has been wrongly convicted of rape and thereby sentenced to prison in the USA.  

I am in possession of several pieces of evedence and related documents. I have provided copies of all the evedence and their related documents to the district attorney's office in an effort of providing real truth and justice that all civilized nations must hold themselves to.
