1. Please could you tell us what the specialist qualifications are?
2. Is a doctor with the title MD – Internal Medicine Physician qualified to examine x-rays of a fracture? What qualifications must a doctor have in order for his explanation of the various phases of a fracture to be reliable. (referring to the doctor who gave evidence – see Munchester_Trial.pdf and Munchester_July02)
3. How long does it take for a fracture of the sixth and seventh rib of the rib cage to heal? After how many days is the growth of the bone callus visible in a 44 year old woman who has undergone a total hysterectomy at the age of 30 and who is taking medication for bone hormonal disorders (see Timeline.pdf) , or in other words a woman who is not in very good health?
4. If a patient complains of having been sexually assaulted, indicating the following words in the Subjective section “He also tried to shove his hand up my vagina as far as it could go..painful, but improving..” ( first page of Munchester_July02.pdf) and requests only x-rays for pain in the chest, how should the doctor in question behave? Considering that from the time of the attack to that of the doctor’s examination she had no further examinations or therapy. Should the doctor pass over the story of the injuries in the genital area prescribing or carrying out only x-rays or should he request a gynaecologist examination? See Munchester_july02.pdf Pag signed 00659 certifies that the x-rays were not sent for a second reading, is this kind of behaviour normal, considering the qualifications of the doctor in question? Is vaginal and then anal penetration from the forearm of a 38 man weighing 75 kilos, and 1.86 mts. tall possible without consent and without preparatory measures in a 44 year old woman who has undergone a total hysterectomy ,(see Isterectomy.pdf document) or to be more precise, from statements would the penetration have caused bleeding and would such an injury heal within 18 days without medical attention and appropriate treatment? And what type of injuries would have occurred? Can there be injuries that would be visible after some years?) And therefore is this act possible WITHOUT CAUSING BREAKAGE AND VISCERAL PROLAPSE? Is the statement found on page 32, line 26 of the documents Trial_dic13.pdf , Trial_8dic.pdf pag 139 to pag ? Is it possible that a woman, after this attack, could continue to have sexual intercourse without injuries being noted after a period of 20 days? ? (see Trial_dic8.pdf pag 174 to 175 , see Trial_dic13.pdf pag 32 to pag 33, pag 119
5. If a 1.60 mt. tall woman weighing 68 kilos is thrown violently against a supporting pillar in a house so as to hit her head against it, and is then attacked by an athletic, man 1.86 mts. tall and weighing 75 kilos who throws her against the pillar 30 times so violently as to make her unconscious – what injuries would she receive? Is it possible that after 20 days and having received no medical attention whatsoever, that all the symptoms would disappear leaving her with just a headache? Is it possible that after such an act of violence her jaw was dislocated but she was able to put it back into place on her own without any consequences? ? (see Trial_dic8.pdf pag 128, see White6doc.pdf)
6. If a woman is bitten on her nipple by a person so as receive lacerations with bleeding, is it possible that after 20 days without receiving any medical attention there are no visible scars? What would be the visible evidence if such an attack had occurred? IS IT POSSIBLE TO BITE SOMEONE’S NIPPLES ALMOST TO THE POINT OF BITING THEM OFF WITHOUT THE VICTIM SUFFERING SOME KIND OF SHOCK AND HEAVY BLEEDING REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ADMISSION TO HOSPITAL TO STITCH THE WOUNDS? Would evidence of these injuries be noticed after a mammography examination? (see pag 7 signed 0671 of otherMD.pdf, Trial_dic8.pdf pag 138, see pag 154 line 12, see Trial_dic12.pdf pag 64)
7. If a woman reports an act of violence, and then three years after the complaint sends a note to a doctor about an injury such as three broken teeth, what should the doctor do? Is it possible to say whether in fact after three years an injury such as three broken teeth could actually have occurred? And if it did, should it be disclosed in a criminal trial? What would you do, or what should you do if one of your patients who is involved as a victim in a criminal trial should write to you as described above after a period of time? (see pag 9 signed 0664 of Munchester_July02.pdf document)
8. Would a man be capable of having an erection after drinking 4 litres of wine? Is it possible to calculate the BAC (blood alcohol content) in a man who has drunk such an amount? Could you tell us if possible such an amount in a human body? And would it be possible for that same man during the following 15 days to drink 2 litres of wine every evening (Chardonay 12.5) and then be capable of working eight hours a day, practice sport, go to the gym and go running? How is it possible for someone to drink 4 litres of alcohol without dying or going into alcoholic coma? see Rebecca White’s testify in the following documentation: PoliceReport.pdf, see Preliminarering.pdf pag 3 to 5, see Trial_dic8.pdf pag 98 line 21 to pag 100, pag 148, pag 182 from line 18, see Trial_12dic pag 56 from line 25 to pag 57. see Trial_dic13 from pag 76 to pag 80, see pag 152 to pag 153)
9. Is it possible for a woman who, for four days, has had her sixth and seventh rib broken lift weights, do housework or have sexual intercourse, with herself on top of her partner? (see Trial_dic8.pdf pag 156 line 18 to 23)
10. If a not so young person of the age of 44 and not in perfect physical condition is kicked in the right rib so hard as to fracture the sixth and seventh rib, and then pushed down into the foetal position leaning on her right side and then is tied up with a plastic strap (such as those used to tie electric cables) from her left wrist to her left ankle, then turned over on to her other side and her right wrist tied to her right ankle, pushed to the floor on her back and therefore with her limbs in front of her, is then first penetrated in the vagina in that position with a heavy body lying on top of her, then she is lifted and put in the opposite position on top of the man for sexual intercourse and to be penetrated in that position (the woman on top of the man) would she have the possibility of not aggravating the situation regarding the fractures and not need treatment for 18 days? Noting simply then the fractures of the two ribs already with growth of bone callus visible in the x-ray? Is it possible that she would then be able drive a Mazda Maita after 20 days for at least 300 miles with two broken ribs? (considering the dynamics of the document Trial_dic8.pdf from pag 111 to pag 118, see from pag 124 to pag 128. Pag 185, see Trial_12dic pag 63). Is it possible that person who is tied up for several nights with plastic strips of the type used for holding electric cables would not show any signs of damage to the wrists after 15 days? ? (see Munchester_July02.pdf 656, (Trial_dic8.pdf from pag 127 to pag 132. See pag 139. See pag 152, pag 156 line 1 to 4, pag 172 line 1 to 5. See Trial_12dic pag 67)
11. Can hair grow 3 inches in 18 days? (see Mr Nebwy report photograph). What is the maximum hair growth in one month?
12. Can a person lose handfuls of hair up to the hair bulb because of beatings received and then have that same hair grow back after 18 days. (see Trial_dic8.pdf pag 108 from line 19 to pag 110)
13. Could a person lose spinal fluid from the nose because of blows received to the head? And if so, what would be the consequences? Would there be respiratory insufficiency?
14. If a person receives blows to the face, palm and back from the right hand of a medium-built man, with all his strength, where would the signs of bruising be most visible? (see Trial_12dic pag 64). If, following this attack, the jaw was dislocated, is it possible that this would not be evident after 18 days when no medical treatment was received. And is it possible to have the strength to put the jaw back into place without the help of a doctor? (refeer Whitedoc6.pdf, see preliminary hearing.pdf pag 8, see Trial_dic8.pdf pag 157 – examine any inconsistencies looking at the photo bruise jpg and Nebwypictures.pdf) Is it possible that a bruise received on the forearm would be visible after 21 days whilst the bruises on the face disappear? Is it likely that they were received on the same day (see Trial_9dic Pag 29). Is the testimony of the beatings likely without leaving traces after 20 days? (see Trial_9dic pag 143)
15. Examine the Time line file (file name) considering the following documents: Medical_report05.pdf, Medical_report05_1.pdf, Munchester_trial.pdf, otherMD.pdf pointing out any inconsistencies and determining what injuries a woman would receive if the story told was true.
16. What procedure does a doctor follow when he finds bruising on a woman who says she received them from a beating but of which however there was previously no sign? (examine document OtherMD.pdf page signed 0666 a doctor finds bruising to the eyes which he did not see before). What injuries would there be if, as stated in the document White6doc.pdf a patient has problems of losing spinal fluid? And what would be the consequences if she had, as stated in the document, a broken skull? Compare the documents and analyse the document TimeLine.pdf, point out the irregularities and express an opinion based on the medical details.
17. Consider the validity of the European experts reports: Pacini, Pozzi, Strano, Santoro and the notes of Doctor Carbonell from Florida. Analyse whether the behaviour of a patient who gets herself examined by 5 different doctors in 3 months is normal, together with the prescriptions indicated in the file (medicine list). Examine and pay particular attention to the documents indicated and point out any inconsistencies, considering the testimony of the police (fullerton15dic.pdf) which states that he did not see any injuries and taking into consideration the photos taken by the police “Whitetotepolice.jpg” Examine further medical statements that will shortly be translated.
